Residential housing is available for families and guests of graduating seniors for 2012. There are limited spaces beginning Saturday, May 19 through Monday, May 21. For your convenience check-in is 12pm – 10pm and check-out is 8am- 5pm.

General Information
Guests will be residing in student suites located in Luter Residence Hall. You may reserve more than one suite. Full payment upon reservation is required.
Luter Residence Hall offers a unique floor plan with a double room occupancy that shares a bathroom with another double room. Each bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a micro-refrigerator, and powder area with sink. All rooms are air conditioned with private controls for each room. As a guest with us you will receive the comforts of hotel style accommodations that include freshly made beds upon arrival, bath towel, wash cloth and basic bathroom amenities. We are unable to offer room service or in room coffee makers.
Complimentary coffee will be served in the lobby of Luter Residence Hall from 7am-10am. Additional meals may be purchased with ARAMARK DINING SERVICES.
- At least one adult must reside in the suite when minors are present.
- A maximum of four guests may reside per suite.
- At check-in Commencement Housing guests will receive two parking passes, allowing convenient parking adjacent to Luter Residence Hall.
- There are no telephones in the suites. Cell phones are recommended.

Suite rate for two night minimum $270
Check-In
Check-in is 12pm until 10pm on Saturday, May 19, 2012 in the lobby of Luter Residence Hall. As a reminder when making your travel arrangements, please make every attempt to arrive during our specified check-in times. Late arrivals on Saturday and guests arriving on Sunday must arrange with their graduating senior to pick up their keys during regular check-in hours. Student photo identification will be required.
Check-Out
Guests must check-out and return their room keys by 5pm on Monday, May 21, 2012. Room keys can be dropped off in the key drop off box located in the lobby of Luter Residence Hall.
Payment
Full payment must be paid upon reservation. Payment must be made by check; please make checks payable to Wake Forest University.
Special Needs
Wake Forest University does not offer wheelchairs, please make arrangements prior to arrival to bring your own.
Shuttle service on campus is not provided during Commencement weekend.
Wake Forest University is a smoke-free environment within all buildings on campus; smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
