Hosting an Event on the Reynolda Campus

Process for Non-Approved Food Truck Vendors
If you’d like to invite a non-approved vendor, additional steps are required to ensure compliance with University guidelines. Please review the process below before submitting your request.
Permanent Vendor Approval Process
- To request a new food truck be added as a permanent vendor, please send the following information to Under the Oaks Catering at wfucater@wfu.edu.
- Food truck name
- Full business name (may be different from the name of the truck)
- Truck contact person
- Phone number and email
- Food truck will be contacted to complete registration and contract with Harvest Table Culinary Group/Aramark.
- Please allow 90 days for the food truck to be processed.
Single Event Vendor Approval Process
- Food trucks not procured through Harvest Table or Proof of the Pudding must be approved through Environmental Health and Safety before serving at any campus location.
- Review the Food Truck Approval Process for required steps and documentation.
For Food Truck Vendors
Interested in becoming an approved food truck vendor at Wake Forest? We’re always seeking exceptional partners to introduce exciting flavors and experiences to our community.
- All food trucks are required to fill out a Safety Agreement Form. Review the Contractor Safety/Food Truck Safety website for more information.
- Food trucks that wish to serve on Wake Forest’s Reynolda Campus must contact Harvest Table at Deacon Dining and review the Food Truck Guidelines.
- Note: Please allow 90 days for processing.
- Food Trucks that wish to serve at Athletics venues, including Spry Stadium and Ketner Stadium, need to contact Proof of the Pudding.
