We are pleased to offer snack and beverage vending machines across campus.
Please take a moment to review these frequently asked questions prior to submitting a report or requesting a refund.
Please see the form below for obtaining a refund. Do not make another purchase to attempt to push out a failed vend. Refunds are limited to the value of one failed vending transaction per customer.
- Credit/debit card transactions:
- The Coke & Pepsi beverage machines can detect if an item failed to vend and automatically reverse the transaction. Please complete the form below if the charge is still present after 3 business days.
- For all snack machines, please fill out the form below and our team will be happy to assist you in receiving a refund.
- Cash transactions:
- Press the coin return button on the machine if your product fails to vend. Please fill out the form below if the machine does not refund your change.
Please fill out the form below to request a refund.
A hold for up to $10 per transaction may appear on your credit/debit card statement when making a purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for these charges to update to the correct amount.
Report a Vending Machine Issue
Refund Information:
- Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of attempted purchase.
- Once Hospitality & Auxiliary Services receives your information, we will contact you regarding your refund.
