New Enhancement: Upgraded Babylon Micro-Farm

We are excited to announce that a new upgraded Babylon Micro-Farm has been installed in the Pit! Babylon’s Micro-Farms are remotely monitored and capable of producing 4160 full-sized servings per year.

Dining partnered with Babylon Micro-Farms in 2020 to grow produce that’s nutritious and better for the planet. The micro-farm was added to the Pit and grows greens and herbs sustainably indoors. Products grown in this farm are being utilized at the Vegan Station, Salad Bar, and many other stations in the dining hall.
