Welcoming Our New Pastry Chefs

We would like to welcome our new pastry chefs Raquel Brown and Ashley Uber!

Welcome, Raquel Brown! She is very passionate about baking and has fond memories of making dishes with her mother, who is also a chef. After many years of helping her mom bake, Raquel decided to hone her skills and attended culinary school. Raquel is well known for her amazing flan and tiramisu, which her friends and family request regularly. When Raquel isn’t baking, she enjoys playing video games. We are excited to have Raquel on our team and can’t wait to try her famous flan and tiramisu!

Welcome, Ashley Uber! Ashley began baking at an early age with her mom and as she got older realized she wanted to study culinary arts. She attended Johnson & Wales Culinary School and has held many different roles including creating pastries at The White House in Washington, D.C. When Ashley isn’t creating pastries she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. We are so excited to have Ashley on our team and cannot wait to see her skills in action.
