I Make A Difference: Celebrating Miriam

As part of Deacon Dining’s “I Make a Difference” initiative, we’re proud to highlight Miriam, a valued member of our team who you may recognize from the Magnolia Room.

Miriam has served as a catering associate for over two years, bringing both experience and genuine care to her role. After a 31-year career as a school teacher, she chose to continue serving others by joining the dining team, driven by her passion for connecting with people and learning new skills.

She especially enjoys setting up catering events and lending a hand in the bake shop, always stepping in wherever needed with a positive attitude. Outside of work, Miriam stays busy with her family and a lively household that includes several beloved pets.

Miriam’s dedication and enthusiasm make a meaningful impact each day. We are grateful to have her as part of our team.
