WFU Global Food Committee (GFC)* and the Food Collaboration Committee (FCC) are happy to share that the global food tabling station will be celebrating Rosh Hashanah. Rosh Hashanah marks the beginning of the Jewish New Year and celebrates the creation of the world according to the Jewish faith.

Join us Wednesday, September 13th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Pit for the Rosh Hashanah tabling session. WFU Hillel is sponsoring/hosting and Kosher Brisket and Honey Cake will be served.

If you would like to volunteer to serve the food or help explain Rosh Hashanah to those who come to the GFTS table, please reach out to Gail Breton at bretangh@wfu.edu.

See you at the table!

*The GFC is a collaborative effort across WFU. The committees are comprised of students, faculty, and staff throughout the Office of the Chaplain, the (FCC), Deacon Dining, Hospitality & Auxiliary Services, and twenty other offices/departments/student groups across campus.
