WFU Global Food Committee (GFC)  and the Food Collaboration Committee (FCC) are excited to share that the global food tabling station will be celebrating Native American Heritage Month. Native American Heritage Month celebrates and honors the rich cultures, traditions, histories, and contributions of Native American and Indigenous peoples.

Join us Wednesday, October 25th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Pit for the Native American Heritage Month tabling session. WFU Sustainability is sponsoring/hosting. Quinoa salad with roasted squash & dried cranberries, wild rice pilaf with mushrooms & pecans, and fresh blueberry and peach salsa will be served.

If you would like to volunteer to serve the food or help explain Native American Heritage Month to those who come to the GFTS table, please reach out to Brian Cohen, cohenbj@wfu.edu

See you at the table!
